“Marcos and his staff couldn't be more professional, friendly & personable (tell me where you find THAT anymore!!). I had to switch carriers due to false advertising about my " excellent coverage" at my home address after a tower shutdown..."Doesn't effect your service & your phone's fine". Marcos and his staff took care of me & within 10 minutes we were ready to activate. His/their patience due to a ridiculous faux paus on the other carrier's end caused him to take 45 mins he shouldn't have had to, to rectify it. Remained cool, calm, patient & friendly all thru it. VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM, HIS BUSINESS, THE WAY I OBSERVED HIM TRAINING & TREATING HIS EMPLOYEES...IT STARTS AT THE TOP...THE TRICKLE DOWN IS EXTREMELY POSITIVE & HELPFUL TOO!! THIS CRICKET OFFICE OF MARCOS' IS JUST THE WAY A PERSON SHOULD BE TREATED. LOVE THEM...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ??”

“We replaced our chart plotter and added a radar to our midsized center console during the offseason. Mark helped select the right equipment. Steve’s team did the install. I did a sea trial with Steve when we launched. He diligently and methodically set about to calibrate the gps positioning and link it to the autopilot system at multiple headings. He then provided a clear demonstration of the core features. I’m new to radar so he showed me how to overlay the radar screen onto the nautical chart. He was patient and kind and indulged my questions.
But what impressed me most was when our power steering system failed to launch and he instinctively went below to the panel. He says he didn’t touch anything and maybe it’s Devine providence but I feel like he waved some kind of magic wand when I blinked because the second he came back up it started working.
