“Where I madee the mistake in opening a checking account thinking Consumers in Denver and Michigan were the same one I found out that they are two separates banking institutions so I had to remove the money I had deposited but I still have my savings with you and car loan. “I've continually been impressed with how LMCU handles their members. I have had a few issues, so not to say the road hasn't been bumpy while they've been expanding these past few years, but they've always made it right. When somebody messed up and didn't send me my new credit card, they sent me a handwritten apology card with my new credit card and an additional gift card. Every person I've dealt with has been pleasant at both branch locations and my calling the call center. Recently, they updated their website making the mobile version of the website extremely easy to use, which has been helpful since I usually use the very streamlined app. However, I've been using a new beta version of Android and due to security concerns, their app doesn't work with beta Android forcing me to use the mobile site. It has been great to utilize other aspects of LMCU I would have never used before, but as a backup it has been great. Would highly recommend visiting LMCU to join a credit union if you have yet to join any credit union. Credit unions are better than banks (unless you're rich, but I don't expect rich people to be reading this review...)”

“Love LMCU, however this branch gave us stress when adding my husband to my account. They had almost lost the paperwork I handed to them the day before. Just wasn’t impressed through that process. After that happenstance, though, they’ve been fine with other things we’ve came for. Such as ordering checkbooks, setting up new cards, regular transactions/deposits.. they were helpful with that and friendly.If you’re going to turn left out of the parking lot, it’s near impossible especially during rush hours. I’d suggest turning right and finding somewhere to turn around or something. Not LMCU’s fault. Just fyi.”
“My Premier Banking representative, Jonathan, is AMAZING! I had fraudulent activity on my debit card once and he now alerts me when he sees something questionable and always helps me right away.
