“I've been banking with the credit union since before it was called LMCU, and I've always been very happy with my service at any branch that I have visited, but I particularly like this branch. The staff are always friendly and handle everything that comes up for the whole family. Terry handled our mortgage needs when we switched our mortgage from a different institution, and he made the transition painless and efficient. We also have accounts to help our adult son with special needs, and the staff helped us navigate the intricacies involved with that type of account too. When my daughter had her account information stolen, the staff quickly went into action, replaced her card, reversed the fraudulent transactions, and helped her resume banking. Even when a staffer does not quite know how to handle our questions or needs, the staffer quickly finds the answer for us and explains it to us in plain terms. I could not be happier with the service at this branch.”

I went into the credit Union and they were all very helpful. My checking acct was closed and a new one opened. We had to notify Social Security to give them the new acct number. Hopefully, they can find out who did this. Very pleased working with Sue and Krista.”
