“In at 12:30 out at 2:00pm, sign in the 2nd building door, next to dock you’ll see it coming in -with big blue letters “Customer Service Shipping & Receiving” - we parked, waited for our assigned dock, they even called us as driver was done so we could proceed. Had time to make fast breakfast & eat quickly as they came out when done to give paperwork & apply the seal. Very kind staff, very fast for reefer loads imo. (Lately, been doing border runs to & from Mexico p/u in TX & AZ - THAT - takes forever in a day!)”
“I love this place! Great customer service and quiet, calm, clean atmosphere. Convenient way to pick up bones for my bone broth (plus an extra for my dog - he loves it as I groom him), and they have a great selection of ice cream, cheeses, jerky, and gifts like fruit butters and preserves, even emu oil!”

“A little area to park if needed, as other reviewer said "3 spots" . Very polite and prompt crew.Easy backing into dock. I arrived after hours the night before appointment and parked in front of the dock. They arrived at 6 am eastern time and jump right on unloading truck. Doesn't seem to be a high volume facility so not a lot of trucks in and out. 1 usable dock in back. Would gladly deliver here again.”
