“If you're looking for honest and knowledgeable mechanics. Well this is the place. I've been taking my car here for the last year. They do great work and have really reasonable quotes.”
“Jenni the secretary had an awesome personality and answered all my questions that I asked her very professionally. Definitely will be booking an appointment very soon.”

“This was super cheap and worthwhile. I do want to mention I was confused about the engine de-greaser option, which was mentioned on the guide on the wall but had no position on the dial.”
“I was in and out in 15 minutes! Booked my appointment online the night before and was greeted in the parking lot after checking in online! The staff was very knowledgeable, even in services they don’t provide!”
“I have been using Discount tire for as long as I can remember, they always do a great job, but this location went way above and beyond for my appointment. Not only did they help me with an issues on my online order to help ensure I was getting the best option for my vehicle, which I had some oversight on my part, but they were great at rescheduling my appointment. Moises was amazing to work with, he even had a sign on the door welcoming me!! On top of that, the store manager, Tiger (real name ha, super friendly and knowledgable!), was so helpful and welcoming to have a genuine conversation with me that showed how much he cares about his customers. I can't say enough good things about this location. I see myself coming back to this location, even if I had to drive hours out of my way just becuase of the level of service I was provided here. To be clear, this was my first experience at this location after moving to this area, and I've always had many great experiences with other Discount tires, but this is the best. Thank you so much, Moises and Tiger!!!”

“i recently locked myself out of my truck with my phone inside at the ada gas station, i was unable to reach out for help and after a while of thinking about it i decided on breaking the window. i asked the guys at veenstra if they may have a tool i could use to break the window and immediately they offered to get into the truck without breaking a window as that would cost more. within 30 seconds he successfully opened my truck and disarmed the alarm. i asked how much that was going to cost me and thank him and all he wanted in return was a handshake. if you are looking for a respectable honest shop with wonderful staff then veenstra is your place. highly recommend”
