“Staff were all so helpful! Especially Nikkie at the front desk. She accommodated me so kindly as a walk-in without a reservation and asked if I needed anything shortly after I checked in. Lobby and room were both fresh and clean! Staff member that was mopping floors was friendly and attentive. A++”

“We only spent 1 nite at the Carlton Lodge but was pleasantly surprised. Tamatha, at the front desk, was amazing. The customer in front of us checking in seemed to have an issue with their reservation thru Priceline. She did her best to help her out. Our room was very clean. If we're ever in the area again, we would stay here again.”
