“After an accident on the 19th September, I needed a collision shop to assess my damage and repair. The insurance company gave me 3 choice companies they use, but I could have taken the vehicle to any shop of my own choosing. I chose West Branch Collision Inc from the 3 that my adjuster mentioned. The owner, Gary was kind and went immediately to look at the vehicle. He then had me driven to Gaylord to collect my rental vehicle, which I had arranged ahead of time. Within 2 days I had an answer from Gary, and a call from my adjuster, the vehicle was totalled. We followed up over the next two days, and because it was a coordinated effort on the part of West Branch Collision, my insurance company and me, I am waiting for my check from the insurance company as we speak and will purchase a new vehicle as soon as I can. “Came here for new tires granted the ordering process was very simple and easy considering I had to order my tires online set up an appointment for 11:00 they got me in 15 minutes early and it wasn't done until 2 hours later when my appointment time was only for an hour. Other than that Make sure you have some extra time when you got to get tires replaced if that's the case but service is great otherwise”
