Every time she came in to make a payment, he updated her on how much he was working for her to make her car like new again, and constantly reassured her that he was in her corner. He was even able to find the parts in the exact color of her vehicle which ended up saving her a 2 thousand dollars. Today we were able to pick up her vehicle and there was no disappointment.
