Very poor service, the banker Aida does not know anything, just wasting your time. She made staff complicated. Went to other location, and they helped me and solved the issue very sample and fast.

Came in to have something notarized for my child custody case and was laughed at by rude and unprofessional tellers. Saying how “old fashioned that was”. Worst chase bank around. Tellers are rude and unprofessional. And have no idea what their job is.

Really friendly tellers and bankers, but the banker didn't really listen to me up front and it ended up being a waste of time.

Could y'all get some cash please??? You're the closest chase bank to me but your ATM's are unable to dispense cash more than I have seen at any other bank that I've ever done business with. Also, recently they haven't been able to accept deposits either and the only reason I can see for the ATM's being disfunctional this often is laziness from the person who's job it is to take care of them.

Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. If I ever need to switch from my current bank I will strongly consider Chase because of the staff at this branch.

Every time there is a problem. Went to open business account, banker was super rude and said because my party was 4 minutes late (i walked in at my appointment time) he had to cancel my appointment. Tried to cash a check, was told I couldn't, even though I double checked with Chase customer service which told me i could, they still turned me away. Always an excuse of why they cant do anything. I will go to a different branch, shame because this is the closest to my house.

Three ATMs that never work. Obviously they have vandalism issues. Now the entire bank is closed down which is nothing unusual. Covid hit and they quit indoor banking. Someone crashed in or broke in. We would be better off without this eye sore in Allen Park

ATMs are all broken, refuse to open inside service. Can't get through 2 teller lanes do to size and people sitting in lanes (3rd time, not a one time incident).

Busy location for sure but the staff are some of the best in the business. Drive thru tellers are super sweet and helpful. This is my favorite Chase location.
