It took a while but Customer Service did get back to me and tried looking into my order. Unfortunately they weren’t able to find my original order but they did give me a refund and let me choose another shirt. I really appreciate their wonderful customer service! Because of that, I changed my negative review and I will consider ordering from them again. Thank you for all of your help!
I ordered a shirt in January, after the tracking showed up I kept checking on the status and it was still in the same spot and hadn’t moved. After a couple of weeks, I checked again and it still hasn’t moved! I sent an email to customer service asking about my order and they haven’t responded which is why I’m writing this review. Maybe a negative review will get their attention. The shirt was supposed to be a gift. I ordered it ahead of time but now it’s not going to be here in time, if it even shows up at all. I’m not happy with them and would like a refund.”

“I have been to most of the Platos in the tri county area and the Allen Park location was the first one and still after all the trips to check out a new one it remains the best of all of them the staff is amazing and the owner is a great person I am always able to find things for myself and my wife and now that my kids are older I am even finding stuff for them the best”
