“This dealership is a great place to deal with. The people are friendly and patient. My wife and I went there twice (90 miles from our house). We looked at about 10 vehicles there before deciding on purchasing the one we got. They even put the vehicle on the hoist so I could look underneath myself. I'm not a mechanic or body shop guy but I do have a decent amount of knowledge. They never pressured. Never tried to bs me into anything. They provide all the pictures available of the vehicles before any of the bodywork was done. If you don't understand what you are looking at in those pictures, I think they would be good people to ask. Understand, they do not do the bodywork themselves but are a broker for body shops that do the repairs and then sell them on behalf of the body shops. The Buick that I just bought from them is my 2nd rebuilt title vehicle (I did not buy my first one from them). I do recommend going here if you have thought about buying a rebuilt title car. If you understand what a rebuilt title is, you can save a lot of money.”

“My husband came to get a car because ours just broke down the day before and we needed something as soon as possible so we can function throughout the week. Credit and previous repos didn’t make it easy on getting something. As soon as we came into Your Choice Auto, at 3pm , I told them we needed a car asap and Mike (the owner) said “well, we are going to get yall driving today”. Although we couldn’t get what we actually need (3rd row truck) they got us in to the biggest vehicle they had that fit the down payment and got us rolling out of there by 6pm. Great guys. Our sales guy, is the first one when you walk in, I think his name is Cam and the other gentleman who I didn’t catch his name but those 3 guys provided excellent customer service and hospitality while we was there even after closing. We didn’t get the 3rd row but we got into a nice truck to get us where we need to go. I’d definitely recommend this dealership.”
“Earlier this year I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge from here after test driving several other vehicles. Being a 15 year old vehicle, it was in remarkably great shape, and this is considering the previous owner had children. The vehicle was purchased at a very fair price, all things considered.
After purchase I noticed I had a headlight out, which I changed myself at home. A few weeks later I noticed a nozzle for my wipers wasn't spraying properly and saw the hose came disconnected - this was an occasional issue on my previous 2007 Edge so I attempted a fix myself. These were things I not only expected buying a used car but are very minor issues on a vehicle this age.
However, when my nozzle fix failed, there was an issue with a faulty backup sensor not reading correctly, I needed my nozzles completely replaced, anything beyond my capability to do myself, the initial detailing & decoration at purchase or literally any other issue or question I had since?
All I've ever had to do was go up there if passing the area and hope there was an opening for my situation, schedule an appointment based on my availability for whatever work was needed or even just *call* to ask or notify them, which they tell you to do for any issue.
I don't know any of the shop guys, and there's only so much space for getting work done so if it's not minor make an appointment. I've interacted with Mike & Abe several times this year at various points. Both always stressed communicating with them for any issues and neither have disappointed. Any repairs I've needed or requested at my leisure, that they were capable of servicing there, has been taken of to my satisfaction every time.
In closing, I intentionally waited several months to write my review just to properly gauge things as this was a big purchase regardless. So far I've gotten my money's worth out of it & it performances its duties as needed. If I have any issues or problems I'm comfortable with taking it to them first, I have a trusted alternative for anything they can't do, and I could see myself reasonably purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.”
