“I've been a member for a couple of years now. Yesterday I called to inquire about a loan. I was skeptical because of my past credit history. Let's face it covid created a lote of credit issues for many of us. I did have a clear title to my truck, in hand to use as collateral. Long story short, not only did they help me achieve what I was trying to accomplish, but also helped me, get the last 3 things on my credit paid off, that's been haunting me. So thsnk you bloom.The main reason for my review is a young lady by the name of Alexxus. I'm blown away with her passion for costumer service. You can tell when someone is just putting in there time and collecting a check. Not this young lady! She has a genuine care to help you. Very personal but keeping professional boundaries. I'm very pleased to see that not all of our younger generation has lost... respect, morals and values, how about just, good ole common sense. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed and appreciate my experience with Alexxus. Even if bloom wouldn't have been able to help me, I still would have written this review. Everyone wants to focus on the negative, that in many cases the good goes unheard. I personally would give this young lady 10 stars. If you have loan needs and are not unreasonable with what you are trying to accomplish, I high recommend calling and asking for Alexxus.Alexxus, thank you so much!
