“It's a nice store. They had everything on my list except for wine and fruit stripe gum. Oh well. Their prices are getting to expensive. .but if you figure what you spend on gas to get the items at Meijer s or Walmart . Ya might as well get it at family dollar..”

“There was a little kid just sitting in the back of the store so bought us some fudge pops and sat with him we had a nice long chat about his pet rat named Barry he started crying and then i started crying and a worker name Sarah asked us if we where ok and if we can please leave. I now have a kid and fudge pops. Thank you dollor general for this heart warming expirence.”

“I finally found the B2 Outlet store and found that it was very pleasant to poke around there. NO tension, like the one that had been in Holland, with people crowding and pushing. I did find a few things ($2. day) that I could consider but didn't need. I was so pleased to find an atmosphere of calm and people chatting. The Holland bins didn't last because some people made it unpleasant to go there. I was glad that it went out. I will return here again, once every couple of months or so because I go to a few places nearby.”

“The Assistant Manager is so sweet! He remembers me and my kids everytime we go back(which is 3 or 4 times a week). He is one of the best workers I've seen! He definitely loves his job, and his customers! His name is Brandon, and he truly treats everyone like family. He's also the only one that we really see in the store. Definitely a great investment that DG hired him!!!!!!!!”
“It takes two to tango. Or so I've heard. At Dollar General, they taught me how to do the tango by myself. And the foxtrot, salsa, and marinade. I can now marinade a chicken. They taught me. I lived here for a month. They took care of me. I owe them everything. I will do anything for them. I will lay down my life for them. I just ordered a hamburger. It will be good.”
