“Let me start by saying I live in upstate New York and was looking for tires for my mom's vehicle. My siblings and I wanted to pay for them and surprise her and so I needed to coordinate everything between my mom and Alpena Car Care.
I spoke with Larry and he was EXCELLENT!!!! It was a wonderful experience and Larry took care of it all!! He actually went above and beyond and even gave my mom a hug after folding the bill and giving it to her and letting her know her bill was paid by her kids.
