  Thumbs up: price, hair dryer, kitchen, located right by the beach, no size limit for our dog (Great Dane), keyless entry, exhaust fan in bathroom
  
  Thumbs halfway down: small bathroom (no tub), sandy (not much to do given you’re right by the beach), very sunny in the morning (I’m a late sleeper)
