“I’ve been banking at PNC for some time now and I am always happy with my experience when I leave. I was at the Jackson/Zeeb PNC yesterday and witnessed two customers being awful and rude to the workers. They were disrespectful and it was truly upsetting. Everyone is doing their best whether you’re short staffed or not and the workers were doing all they could to help satisfy everyone’s needs. I made sure to let the ladies know I appreciated their help and everything they do. BE KIND, it’s not hard. Thank you PNC workers for all that you do!”

Although the banker who helped me today was given customer service incorrect information and I had to explain to her what the issue was from Danielle’s standpoint.This same banker said have a great day after the issue wasn’t resolved totally I told her I’ll try she then says try hard like who says that when someone seems frustrated about the issue already. The problem wasn’t resolved until Danielle took the issue into her own hands by going above and beyond for me. Also the issue was no fault of my own today the ATM was out of currency.”

I think they're really amping up their customer service because the branch manager is always friendly and chatty, plus they all say goodbye when you leave. All and all a pretty solid banking experience.”
