“I just witnessed the banker Joe Denis trying his very best to help an out of state elderly gentleman cash an out of state check not even drawn on BOA, and the gentleman was not a BOA customer, he went as far as going out to the gentleman's car to try to help him upload the mobile app and use the competing banks mobile app functionality. He could have easily sent the man away saying he couldn't help”

He then toldme to go to my bank to stop activity on my checking and debit cards. I did that and it seems to report current activity, and hopefully future fraudulent attempts. “I was new in town and had done previous banking with Key in Ohio, same as my family. I actually opened my first ever savings bank account at a Key branch when I was a young kid and they offered those accounts for kids. Anyways, the employees were very nice, asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited for the branch manager to set me up with a checking account. I only had to wait between 5-10 minutes, I could see she was finishing up a call. She was super friendly and walked me through the process. I believe I opened a student account or young person account with no minimum amount of money to open. I moved here to be a Washtenaw Community College student. So it was free to open the account. The manager made it a quick and easy process: two forms of I.D. and a couple signatures and I had my very own checking account with debit card. Thanks Key bank!”

“I am not a member of Fifth Third Bank, but I stopped at this location due to a concern over counterfeit currency I was paid during a private sale. I arrived shortly before closing, but they were happy to help me (no line which was nice!) and verified the currency. Their service and attitude were top notch and, although I am part of a credit union, I haven't experienced service like this at any bank in awhile.”
