I had a terrible drive from Plymouth to Ann Arbor, traffic delays, diversions around construction, even the Chase parking lot was 1/2 blocked. Associate Bella recognized my frustration and she gave me great service and an extra smile and it really brightened my mood. (and she was cute) Thanks Bella

This place has gone downhill in the past few years. The current manager in this branch is not very nice and never helps the tellers while they are busy with only 2 of them at the windows
