“This review is for the purchase phase only. The mattress has not yet been delivered.
My experience with the sales team in the store was impressive: low pressure, but with a lot of good guidance about how to pick a mattress, rather than which mattress I should pick. The value compared to price point was explained, and I waited two weeks before returning to complete the purchase. Upon my return, they remembered who I was, and reminded me of the two mattresses. I had narrowed it down to on my first trip. The purchase process was smooth, and I’m extremely satisfied with this phase of the process. .”

“Gretchen is a reason to come back to the Dixboro General Store. Not that the wonderful product selection and generally lovely energy of the store wasn’t enough but I really appreciated her conversation, assistance and demeanor. I’ve been into the Dixboro General store a few times in the last month getting gifts for Christmas and have had a wonderful experience each time. I have verbally recommended this place to friends and I’ve also shared amongst guests I’ve taken care of while I was waiting/serving down the road at the Dixboro Project(be it clear; there’s no connection of the two establishments, besides the name of the area they’re in).They change their inventory to my understanding 4 times a year to provide a fun one stop shop to get all of the things you might need to prepare for a new season. Lots of lovely home good items and various items to decorate your space. Love to visit, even though I no longer am working at the restaurant down the road, Rocky and I will still be back to visit the Dixboro General Store and Gretchen!!”

The customer service, sales expertise, and product knowledge were top-notch.As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by saleswoman Tina Perry. She knew exactly where to guide us in looking for the right couch. I'm a disabled amputee so it was important to us that we find a couch that sits higher than most couches. “I absolutely love the Target on Waters Road. It's a straight forward, one-stop shop. Endless choices, always fresh and well-stocked, always busy. Not all Targets are created equal. The Waters Rd Target is beautifully arranged and decorated, clean and well-lit with spacious aisles. It is SUCH a cheerful place. I've been shopping at Waters Rd. Target since they opened. I've grown to know and love the people who work there. When I go there I expect to see certain faces. Sometimes I go there just to browse and look and be immersed in all that good cheer. You can tell a lot about the management by the highly positive vibes. I refer to the managers who work within the store, those who work there on a daily basis. It's a big store - but not too big. It's almost like a throwback to another time when you could refer to a store as yours. A unique and wonderful place. This particular Target projects all of that. It has a personality. There are many reasons to love this Target and I have only touched upon a few. Thank you!”

They contacted the company to ensure I received the needed parts (at no cost) and referred me to a very good local repair company (Guardsman) who repaired the chair in my home at reasonable cost. great service all the way around.”
