“Absolutely loved dropping in here over the holidays! I’ve dropped in to many gyms over the years and have yet to find an experience quite like the one at Fit2Live. The facility is incredibly well kept, the coaches are very knowledgeable and the environment is super welcoming. The workouts are excellent as well! Definitely recommend trying it out and becoming a member.”

“Great family friendly club with many outings for workouts. Some areas are a little more private in case you don't want to be in the open floor area. Outdoor and indoor pools are great for lap swim (outdoor for general swim too). At this time, reservations for lap swim are still needed (I believe early morning open lane option though). The lagoon is nice for younger kids. There is a wide variety of swim and tennis lesson options plus camps. The lobby area is great for eating or a little remote work before/ after your workout.”

“I am very happy with my decision to go to Orangetheory. The workouts are super challenging and I feel like I really achieve fitness goals in the way the workouts are structured. It never feels boring because it's different every time. It's fun switching between different "stations" with the treadmill, rower, and floor exercises with weights - my favorite are the 3G workouts. I love that I don't have to think at all about what I should be doing because the coaches guide us the whole time. It's a total brain reset when I'm feeling super stressed. I love how organized the workouts are and the great variety. I don't think I've done the same workout twice since I joined in August. All the coaches have been fantastic. The cost is no more than a typical gym membership and well worth the investment in improved health and mental well being.”

“I appreciate having workouts created for me, a different workout out for the two different days I come each week. I have been doing strength training for just over 2 years and I know that my strength has improved dramatically. I appreciate how the AFS Team helps you lift correctly. Adrian has added a few extra exercises to help me with an injured tendon. That has been helpful as well.”

“I love my gym. On the pricier end without too many amenities (or other locations) but all of that ends up being worth it for1) *all the equipment I want is almost always available when I need it* and I cannot underscore how great that is2) chill staff3) month-to-month membership is standard with no sign up fees and zero run around if you want to quit your membership (I did because I thought I was moving but restarted it recently bc I'm still around)4) I can walk to it from my apartment, which probably doesn't apply to you”

“Really nice, small but mighty class-based gym in West Ann Arbor.Really friendly community atmosphere, and beautifully decorated interior.I have been enjoying the yoga classes here for the past month.Many of the classes are during business hours, but some are after 5pm or before 8am.It follows that tends to be (mostly) a community of active retirees, but there is also a mix of younger people who attend classes. Everyone is super friendly and tries to learn your name and people often have conversations between or after class, so I think it would be a good place to make new friends in the community.I saw also they are running a special something like $100 for the month of July and August 2023- unlimited classes for NEW clients only. You might want to check with them to make sure I got that right, though!”

“Training with A-Team Fitness is the best thing I have done to start living a healthy life through exercise and nutrition. I’ve worked with Alex for several months now and cannot recommend him highly enough. Alex has the perfect balance of being able to push you to get the most out of your training without screaming at you or feeling like you accidentally joined the marines. “Harmony in Motion is a cozy studio tucked away in the Pauline/Stadium neighborhood. I’ve been attending a yoga class here with Pam since September. I’m impressed with Pam’s ability to tailor the sequences to everyone’s ability. I have a knee that gives me trouble in some of the poses and Pam always offers modifications that allow me to keep going. All are welcome and if you are new to yoga this is an excellent place to start. It’s a friendly, welcoming community.”

“I worked with Jessica for about 9 months and lost 25 lbs. Summer got busy, so I continued with her program (fitness and nutrition) on my own. As a result, I have lost an additional 25 lbs in the last 6 months. But more impressive, I have a completely flat back when I used to have a VERY pronounced curve in my lower spine. Moreover, Jessica is just a wonderful person, so you will love spending time in the gym with her. She's fun, but pushes you beyond what you can accomplish on your own. Very motivational.”

“Enjoy plant fitness! This one was clean when I visited. The showers and toilets were all clean. The rest of the locker room was picked up. They have a very large parking lot making it really nice especially if you’re camping out in your van ?!”
