I bought a excavator from him a couple years ago and recently I’ve been looking for a tractor, I stopped in to talk to him about some prices, and he was able to get me the tractor shipped in three days, for 2500$ cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. He made it a very pleasant and easy buying experience. I would highly recommend.”
“Storefront with big red awning next to Sushi Town is the old location. When you pull in, if you don't see a door that says Jack's Hardware at 2401, drive around the back of the building, and there you will find the entrance next to some red welcome banners and propane tank cage.
Jack's Hardware came up when we were looking for a nearby shop to get some odds and ends to help us settle into our new home. Boy, am I glad we stopped here first. The gentleman working was beyond helpful, and we found everything on our list and then some! I was impressed with the variety and organization. Key copy services, a small garden section, light bulbs, bug traps/perimeter sprays, different sized locks for bikes or storage units, cleaning products, fire extinguishers, nuts and bolts and screws galore, you name it. We will definitely be back!

“Barnes Ace Hardware is an event. If you are a woman there are beautiful and unusual things to give for gifts or specially for yourself. Happy mother's Day. I can also spend hours there and find things that I can no where near afford and some things that I can afford. I also save up for a visit to Barnes Ace hardware because I can get things there that are not available at other Ace hardware. Whether we've lived in Ypsilanti, Dexter, and now Willis we still make several trips a year to our favorite hardware. And I felt the same about the old building years and years ago. “I can’t say enough good things about this Ace Hardware! I came in completely frustrated after buying a crib on Facebook Marketplace that I just could not get assembled correctly. Shawna went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and determined to figure it out. She and the team put in so much effort (and strength!) to get everything working perfectly.
Not only did Shawna completely fix the crib, but she also sent me home with extra parts to keep on hand in case I ever run into another issue. That level of customer service is so rare these days, and it truly made my day. Thanks to her, my daughter has a safe crib to sleep in tonight and I was able to brag to my husband about getting the job done!

“Super helpful staff, place is in a great location in Ann Arbor without having to go all the way to Home Depot, and it's got all the stuff we need! They also have machines for rental at good prices. We've rented a brush mower, stump grinder, and Bobcat front loader. All worked great! Convenient thing is that they can deliver at a reasonable price, which eliminates the need for you to rent a truck and trailer.”

“I run a light industrial shop down the road from this place. In the middle of a rush job on a Friday afternoon, a critical motor in my shop failed and I had that sinking feeling that comes before a long and painful wait for parts. To my surprise these guys had my replacement motor in stock for cheaper than I could find it online. Within a half hour I was back up and running. This is now my electric motor source. Thanks guys!”
