“My experience with Chelsea Lumber was outstanding! We had a pole barn built and new windows installed. The workmanship was great, but what I wanted to point out is how good the communication was. Charlie Ruiz who headed up the pole barn build was hands on right from the start. Everything he said he would do, he did. He went well beyond expectations and made our experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend Chelsea Lumber and give much of that credit to Charlie and his high level of professionalism. I will use and refer them moving forward.”

“Barnes Ace Hardware is an event. If you are a woman there are beautiful and unusual things to give for gifts or specially for yourself. Happy mother's Day. I can also spend hours there and find things that I can no where near afford and some things that I can afford. I also save up for a visit to Barnes Ace hardware because I can get things there that are not available at other Ace hardware. Whether we've lived in Ypsilanti, Dexter, and now Willis we still make several trips a year to our favorite hardware. And I felt the same about the old building years and years ago. “I can’t say enough good things about this Ace Hardware! I came in completely frustrated after buying a crib on Facebook Marketplace that I just could not get assembled correctly. Shawna went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and determined to figure it out. She and the team put in so much effort (and strength!) to get everything working perfectly.
Not only did Shawna completely fix the crib, but she also sent me home with extra parts to keep on hand in case I ever run into another issue. That level of customer service is so rare these days, and it truly made my day. Thanks to her, my daughter has a safe crib to sleep in tonight and I was able to brag to my husband about getting the job done!

In the middle of a rush job on a Friday afternoon, a critical motor in my shop failed and I had that sinking feeling that comes before a long and painful wait for parts. To my surprise these guys had my replacement motor in stock for cheaper than I could find it online. Within a half hour I was back up and running. This is now my electric motor source. Thanks guys!”

“The products they carry are a step up from the lowest price and quality. I trust the products here to be reliable and durable. They are just slightly more expensive than their major competitors, but the quality of the products they sell also seems to be a notch above the others as well.The product selection for lawnmower parts had everything I needed. They seem to have most of the parts that any old fashioned, neighborhood hardware store carries in this category.I researched prices and features for multi-position ladders, and found that Lowe's had the specific model I wanted, and they also had the best price on it. The best part is that I could get it in person, as opposed to having to order it and wait for it to be shipped. It seems to me that Lowe's is a good place to shop, even if it usually isn't the absolute least expensive option.I looked around various garden stores for outdoor plants and ultimately couldn't find what I wanted until I went to Lowe's. They had the types of plants I wanted and they looked healthier than what the competition was offering.They recently had many good options for an electrical timer that their competitors seemed to have no good offerings for.”

“I went to Lowe's today to grab wood to build a garden bed. Stephen and Rosa were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Not only that but incredibly friendly, compassionate, and kind as I had my 1.5 year old daughter with me. Rosa held my daughter's hand as I pushed the flatbed cart down the aisle. The cashier's offered to push my cart and check out my items for me while I held my daughter who was ready for lunch and nap. I pulled my car up front and Adam helped me load my car up which made things easier for this momma is solo parents during the day.”
