“Lovely as always. It was my grandmas birthday and this is the restaurant she chose for the special occasion. We had a little mishap with the initial order that arrived to the table but Lilly our server and the manager resolved quickly. Prime Rib is always a hit and the best part of the meal were the appetizer crab cake & the banana bread pudding with butter pecan ice cream. Excellent wine list! They don't seem to do anything for birthdays but regardless we enjoyed dinner and service.”

“I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Place in Ann Arbor! Beautiful property, lovely staff as well. I met a front desk agent by the name of Kay! She was so kind, knowledgeable, caring, and funny! She welcomed us with open arms as if she was welcoming us into her home! Very pleasant young lady and we will be back! Thank you!!”
“I had a great stay at the Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel. The property was well kept and comfortable. The bar staff did a solid job with our party of 15-20 people.
By far the highlight of my stay, though, was D’uante at the front desk. He went above and beyond to take care of us from start to finish and made the entire experience seamless. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help truly stood out and as a result I would absolutely choose to stay here again.”

“Nearby activities: Loved the convenience to campus, restaurant, movies.
Safety: Never had to give a thought about safety.
Walkability: We walked everywhere and, next to the fantastic staff considered it the biggest reason while we will only stay at the Bell Tower.”
“Really enjoyed our stay here while we were going back and forth to Motts. Clean, well appointed rooms. Extremely friendly front desk staff (shout out Ethan). The restaurant is killer. Only downside is the valet parking is silly expensive, especially with tons of other parking options nearby.”

“Family of 7 with 2 dogs and 2 cats that stayed 3 weeks due to house repair. Big field with huge trees behind the hotel for the kids and dogs. Staff was great and Elizabeth makes the best Mac & cheese!”
“The bartender i believe maybe John was his name. He was great. Very friendly great drinks. No hot tub. Pool looked dirty. But everything else was OK. Nothing exciting. We would come back tho”

“I stayed one night at the hotel (Oct 27-Oct 28). The service overall is good. Good room size, large desk, nice kitchen. Staff were nice. However, I have to take one star off due to my disappointed experience when I checked out. There were 02 ladies at the desk on the day I checked out and the one I talked to seem to be a staff ( the other one is a manager or shift leader). When I asked if they had some extra ice I could have because the ice maker in my room the night before could only make one little tray. The lady immediately said absolutely she had ice to give me some. However, after she finished talking to a guest before me, she checked on me and when she saw I was checking out, she changed her mind and said no she didn't have any ice. Notice that she was still at her counter desk the whole time and she didn't even go check wherever the office stored ice. This was disappointed how this employee treated leaving guest. Some ice cubes don't cost much, I stopped by to ask because in the check-in sheet mentioned the front desk has extra ice if the ice maker in the room doesn't make enough. Not worth losing point to save for the hotel.”

We’ve worked with them on multiple occasions, and every time the staff has been professional, super helpful, and easy to work with. “I stayed for a few days in late June, 2023. My room was clean & beautiful. I wish that I was staying longer & I'll definitely be back. I don't understand why people complain so much about things that do not matter, i.e. foods provided for FREE at their breakfast grab 'n go counter.The location, friendly service & price cannot be beat! Many thanks to the manager, check-in & check-out staff, as well as housekeeping! ALL of the staff bent over backwards to ask if I needed anything, how my stay was going, etc. The nicest people of any place I've stayed at for many, many years.BTW - I loved your soap so much that I've ordered 25 bars of it through amazon!”

“They ask you to do a review to say they will give u a discount but price be the same lol I stayed here from july 3-sep 15.. my first room had a ac that leaked my second room the power kept shutting off.. the put me in another room fridge was broke didnt never have tp never wanted to fix a issue with the foom only change sheets every 3 days but wouldnt even change mine lol never cleaned my room its bad water damage all over no hot tub put cheap flooring over the old hot tub be careful .. pool is nasty and they bleach it ones a mth.. trash be all over out side party's in there all the time and if you have kids they use them as reasons to get kick you out also .. multiple family's was lied on well i stayed there enjoy days inn i spent in 1 mth a loner ove 3 grand there its a joke prices change on the daily items found ice sticks all over the ground with all the family's there this hotel isnt safe for children just to be clear .. its just as bad as victory inn”
