Metro by T-Mobile is a wonderful, clean, and highly organized shop. The salespersons are helpful, nice, and efficient. They work quickly to meet expectations, assist with programs to reduce payments, and save customers money. They are intensive in their service and will call customers when items are restocked. The shop atmosphere is not distracting, with no blaring music. The service is amazing.

I'm new to the state and needed a new number and phone. The one I wanted wasn't in stock but the young lady who spoke with me about it called me immediately after restocking it. She not only did that but assisted me applying for a program to reduce my monthly payment. Thank you.
