Based on the reviews, this Verizon store is a nice and new location with really competent, super friendly, and helpful staff. The employees are very knowledgeable about all features and caveats of devices, and they have helped customers with problems in minutes. The staff, including Tarrance, Jimmie, Dwight, Geraldine, Kieara, Sydney, and Craig, have been kind, patient, and committed. They found ways to lower bills and add promos, and stayed late to ensure customers were set up. The store is user-friendly and a great place that expedites service as much as possible. Customers have had very good experiences with billing and upgrades, and the staff offers great specials, wonderful customer service, and sales on accessories. The location is recommended for anyone needing in-person help.

Tarrance and Jimmie from the Verizon store on Plymouth road are the greatest! They helped me (took no more than 5 minutes) with a problem that I could not fix for several weeks. I have found this Verizon store is sooo helpful and really user friendly.

Sydney was incredible! So kind and patient, committed to the end! She and Craig found ways to lower our bill and add promos to our account I didn’t know were even an option! She stayed late to make sure I was all set up, truly above and beyond. I need to know her coffee order, deserves a treat!
