“I had my computer fry out. I got i from empowered pc, formerly known as computer upgrade kings. Had problem with them. Luckily I had asurion plan. Tried to buy one from them and kept getting automated bs because my account kept being frozen for fraudulent purchases. Makes you wonder. Clicked online what I thought was them and got the owner of empowered gaming computers. NOT Please look at who you are dealing with. Empowered gaminh computers IS NOT empowered pc(computer upgrade kinngs). I made a custom order with empowered gaming computers and within minutes I got a quote. I accidentally didn't specify a few items and made a new submission. I was immediately contacted. By the owner. On Sunday night. We discussed my new setup. I didnt have a PayPal account so I made one and it for some reason got permanently suspended. Ben, the owner went out of his way to help me make my purchase. It was going to be a high end build so he was going to do a YouTube video. There were complications due to critters. After internet problems were resolved, he said we was doing my live build and doing putting the hours in to make sure all is good, that I will be getting my product as close to when he specified. Not only did he and his members build a godlike unit, it is being delivered only one day layer than specified. Anytime there was a question it was direct communication with a live tech/owner. I highly recommend Empowered Gaming Computers. It is family company and they are experienced and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for me.”
