“Parking is plentiful, but access to the store can be tricky and confusing until you do it a few times. It's at the end of the east mall on top of a hill. Great selection of plants in the garden department, and the employees are super helpful and courteous. Appears to be a clean, well run facility.”

Prices are on the higher end but fair for what I expected for a greenhouse like this. Definitely a go to for someone looking for a specific type of plant or more harder to find plants!”

“This garden store was amazingly beautiful. The rows of plants reached farther back then my group ventured, and everything was so lush--lots of happy plants. My family and I had stopped here just to burn some time before meeting others for dinner nearby, so I was mostly window-shopping. There is at least one cat, and he was very friendly. He seems to have a very comfy bed/perch near the gift shop. I'm dropping a star for the way the door into the gift shop closed unpredictably; my finger got closed in the frame, which really hurt. (I'm ok! But I don't know whether it was a fluke or something that actually happens more often than it should.)”

“Really cool little store. The doors are always open and they have a store dog and cat that hangs around. Staff are very helpful! I monthly go in to get two bags of chicken feed, and an employee has always helped me load it into the truck. They may not be as talkative as a regular retail store, but the customer service is always on point. Gives a sort of country general store vibe, and I dig it!”

“I was surprised by how many negative reviews were listed. My daughter and I stopped by Sunday afternoon for the 1st time. She loved the kitty that visited with us while we walked around. The owner was pleasant and more then willing to chat with us as he checked us out. We found some beautiful mumms! There is a smaller selection here as this is a smaller business, but we will definitely come back.”

Christie and her team went above and beyond to help me find good replacement so that I could get my flooring installed. “Review from a Gardner: I get most of my standard pots, soil, and fertilizer here--prices are very inexpensive and they have lot's of specific quality brands for things like cactus soil and root hormone. But if I want specialty or decorative pots, I go to one of the nearby local garden centers as they don't carry much variety like that here. I also do NOT get plants here, I've seen mites and gnats hanging on them. Home Depot is not primarily a garden store so they probably don't have someone dedicated to keeping their plants healthy. Outside of gardening, the store has great pricing on grilling goods and whatnot. I recently loaded up on a bunch of moving boxes, bubble wrap, etc. and it was about $40.”

Hence, searched online, picked out a Badger 5 / 1/2 HP product to purchase.Contacted Home Depot Rochester Hills service desk, spoke to Mike K, who connected me with Beth (Plumbing/Kitchen Dept.)Beth not only helped me locate my requested product, she also pulled another comparable product to allow me a secondary choice along with product pricing, she immediately set up a Home Depot service person to contact me for my garbage disposal installation, and was able to pay for it right over the phone.She reassured me, that she would pull both disposals, set them on a counter, and instructed me to go directly to Kitchen department for pick-up.To my surprise, approximately, 30 minutes later, the Home depot serviceman called me, set up an appointment to install my garbage disposal, today.Mind you, I was just getting my shoes on to pick- up the disposal.Of course, I made an appointment as soon as I was able to pick up the disposal.Beth kept her word, when I arrived at the store, that's exactly where I found the disposals setting; at the Kitchen counter showroom. No time to waste, the Badger 5 unit was my choice, so, I proceeded to walk to the service desk where a very nice cashier, quickly assisted me on my purchase.Finally, got home and to my amazement, my husband was waiting at the door, laughingly, grabbed it from me, to hand to the serviceman Stanley, who was there in the kitchen ready to install.Wow!He had actually already removed the old disposal and awaited the new one, in the time that I was coming home from the store.Wow! Home Depot and their serviceman were totally on the ball today!
