“I will start out by saying every company should have a employee like Tom Pierce. He went over and above trying to straighten out an order I had placed with another salesman for a firepit. The firepit arrived twice the size I ordered and when I called that same salesman back he never returned my calls. I was so frustrated and ready to give up on this Company and decided to make one more call. That was the luckiest call ever when Tom Pierce answered he went out of his way to have the firepit I received picked up and found one even better.
