“My mom needed a few things from here so we stopped by. They lay out is just like most Sam's. You are accosted when walking in by some person selling something. I wasn't disrespectful, but I quickly shut down his advances. We knew what we needed and nothing more! I mean, this isn't Target, lol! Anywho, it was a little busy in here but nothing too bad. We spent very little time in the self check-out lane and made our way out the store. We only encountered the lady who checked our receipt walking out. She was very funny! It's Sam's...if you've been in one you've been in them all. It's the staff that can make them or break them”

“I always have the best experience with the staff at the Sam club’s optical department. They are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always always willing to help. I brought a pair of frames in with me to have my lenses removed from another pair of glasses and put into The new frames. They gladly took them to the back room. Let me do some of my other shopping when I came back to pick them up, They were ready and in perfect perfect condition. I am so grateful to them. There’s another young lady there. I believe she was a manager, but she’s not in the picture, she was outstanding and was the tech that went out of her way to help me .

“I stopped by Costco today for gas after a pretty bad experience at Discount Tire. As I was leaving Costco, I drove around by the tire service center to see if someone could assess the tire that Discount had just overfilled. The bays were closed but Logan was walking out of the store and I asked him if he could help me. He asked if I had an appointment and said no, and explained the situation. He said yes and told me to drive around to the garages. He quickly and happily helped my tires. I always love everything about Costco and was really grateful for the help today. Everyone should learn from Costco and their standard for hiring employees!”

“This is absolutely the best pharmacy to get your medication filled in the surrounding area of Auburn Hills Rochester Hills I could say as far as Royal oak not only does this pharmacy keep everything you need they will special order what you need it is always ready by the date that they give you they work really hard to make sure any issues are resolved. I recently moved to this area and within the past year tried so many different pharmacies this is the only one who without fail can fill my prescriptions monthly without any issues in the longest I've ever waited wasn't half an hour and there was probably four people waiting they're very fast they call you back they leave a voicemail if they call and miss you I mean great communication great service I could think of another paragraph on good things to say about this place. Until I can't anymore I will fill every prescription I ever get at this pharmacy. Also most importantly all covid precautions are followed and you can tell safety is a priority absolutely they do not allow customers inside you sit in your car they let you know hey you're next when I come to the door I'll put it in the basket. I appreciate them a lot.”

“I’m pretty sure that I’m the one that caused all the confusion with My refill. The pharmacist today the gentleman I didn’t catch his name along with the girl at the window, and the woman who helped me at the cash register all provided exceptional service and I just wanted to make sure that everybody knew that they did everything that they could and more to help me. The pharmacist is so kind and so patient and so were the girls they deserve recognition probably erase and once again I wanted to thank them. It’s been a tough time before I switched to Meijer pharmacy that anyone had ever actually treated me like I was a human being. I’m happy to say that today and all the other days that I’ve use my pharmacy. Specifically this one they have done everything they could help me and they’ve only spoke to me like I was a human being, which is more than I could ever ask for.
