“I was at the store today and I was having trouble finding the right shoes. An employee named Meralis helped me and she didn't rush me. She was also helping other people including speaking in Spanish to them, it was nice to see that she was able to help them given that they couldn't speak English well. I ended up getting two very nice pair of shoes and she was critical in me figuring that out since I'm not a very good shopper.”

“We came here for some back to school shoes. They had a very nice selection of Dr. Martens. They also carry a lot of the other popular brands and styles. The individual here set aside the shoes for my child and I was able to go pick them up easily. She was kind, friendly, and very helpful. They also had the care accessories, which I declined at that moment, to take care of the leather. Even though I did not purchase those products, they will be there in case we need them in the future. I also like that they have the trendy items of the moment, when purchasing items for the kids I like to know where to get them for gifts and such. Lastly, I was told their return policy is for one year as long as the shoes are not worn outside the home. That gives us time to make sure the shoe fits since I was not present when they were selected.”
“Big store with lots of selection. The largest outlet mall did not fail. Mall hours are convients and the mall is easy to flow thru. My life spent a paycheck in forever 21. They must be doing something right”

So this year I went in there again to get her her own pair which is a match to the pair I have and got myself a second pair for $12 which is such a great deal because I am wearing those shoes every day all day.”
