“After visiting 2 other vets in the area and getting no answers to why my baby wasn't eating properly and losing weight. After the doctors thorough exam and thoughtfully listening to what was going on. She can tell right away by examining his neck the way hes swallowing hes uncomfotable..intuitive yes,, experience. Yes. next says xray in order first then do one lab that wasn't included in the 2 previous visits. Unfortunately the xray said it all. Very thoughtful kind and compassionate through the whole tragic ordeal. Not to mention the first doctor HAD done an xray.. 4 months previously and did NOT see anything abnormal?? Thank you North Hill for your skill and humanity. RIP my baby”

She does a great job of walking you through care for your pet and is exceptionally calm in high stress situations.The vet techs are also incredibly efficient here. They make sure that your pet is comfortable while they're performing their tests and procedures. “Update:Yesterday, we had to make a hard decision to let our beloved elder cat pass over the rainbow bridge. The team responded to my late night inquiry first thing in the morning and were able to squeeze us in. Dr. savage and her team were extremely professional, kind, and patient with us every step of the way.Original review:Always excellent. Took two kittens here for spay and neuter, and routine check ups as needed. Super clean facility and professional. I had gone to others to save a few bucks but the quality of service is not comparable for my babies. Goodison care and emergency network is worth every penny. They also offer delivery services via third party for specialty food and pharmaceuticals, as you would with chewy.”

“I have had excellent care of my pets from Dr. Novkov. She has always gone above and beyond. She volunteered and came to my house when my dog Daisy Mae was dying. Dr. Novkov was very loving and caring in the process. She continues to care for my 17 and a half year old cat Yenko. Amazing. He is doing so well under her care.I must say I love the staff too. They are cheerful and always helpful. Orchard Lake Animal Hospital is the best I have had. Also the office it self is lovely.”

In a very short time Dr Mazukie was able to discover not only an unusual intestinal problem but also a thyroid issue. Over a very short time we were able to stabilize her but given continued treatment I’m confident that she has extended her lifespan significantly. I’m convinced that other practitioners simply wouldn’t have provided a similar outcome. I would not hesitate to select Ross Veterinarian Hospital for any pets, in my opinion you could not find better local Veterinary services.”

“I started coming here mid pandemic when my boy had to have a post emergency follow up. Being at the worst possible time our regular vet couldn't see him for weeks. CC squeezed us in and we're super caring. Now I've been happy with them since, but last November we had a rough go and had to put my fairly young cat down. The staff was so supportive and kind even hugging me, at the time I got a letter with her paw print stamped inside which was so touching. It's now February and I got a letter in the mail today from an animal veterinary research organization telling me that CC made a donation in my girl's name. They didn't tell me they were going to do that and I found it extremely touching that they did this.”

“My cat Willow has been seeing Dr Duncan for 6-7 yrs for cardiomyopathy (life expectancy about 1 yr) she suddenly went into cimplete heart failure, she spent the night at the emergency vet, but OAH allowed me to make an early am appt for the next day. We brought her in, she had to see a new vet since it was Dr Duncan's surgery day, but she was able to talk to him and we all decided she was "ok" but needed close minitoring. When he got out of surgery Dr Duncan called to check on her, but unfortunately we were back at the emergency vet where we lost her. A few days later when they were notified Dr Duncan called to tell me how sorry they were and offer condolences....not a huge deal, but something he didn't have to do and made me feel that he cared about my baby and understood how hard it was for us to lose her.”

“Everything from our initial call through our first appt. was great. The front office staff reached out to let me know when they received the records from my former vet, and were always very professional and friendly. We were welcomed and shown into a room immediately, and our vet tech was wonderful. Our cat is a big old scaredy cat, so we really appreciated how kind and gentle both the vet tech and Dr. Tate were, and that they were even nice enough to wrap our cat in a blanket they misted in calming pheromones. One reason we left our last vet was because they kept trying to sell us on every test and unnecessary thing our cat didn't actually need. So, I was really grateful Dr. Tate did a great exam, told us possible tests (i.e. blood work options) and then let us make our decision without judgement. We're so grateful we found Dr. Tate!”

“Several years ago my dog need knee surgery. Dr Brinker, who was a vet orthopedic surgeon and has since retired, successfully performed the surgery. He and his staff were efficient and kind. Because of distance, I have not gone there for just everyday vet care. However, the office has contacted me to check on my dog's welfare and to advise me of the changes and to offer their service. If they have continued with the same service as was common under Dr Brinker's auspices, I'm sure they still offer excellent veterinary care.”
