About Shawnee Community
The community near the park has improved greatly, and the neighborhood looks better. Residents say neighbors greet them with baked goods, and teenagers enjoy basketball with other kids while grandkids play in the playground. Staff are awesome and friendly, and the price is affordable, especially in the Lakeshore school district. Families visit beaches and lighthouse every week year round. New residents praise the manager and maintenance for being polite, professional, and friendly. However, some say the park is poorly run, Rent is way to much, and they would not recommend this place.

So amazing. My granddaughter and her fiance are moving up here from KY, Management worked with them long distance and now they have a home when they get here. Very grateful.

Great space tables chairs fridgestove! With enough room for dancing as well very clean and well maintained we had a great day for graduation party!

I have lived near the community park for my whole life.And it has improved and look in community and in all around hoping is construction wise?This place has improved greatly
