Love living in the community. However every year they raise the lot rent but don't add any improvements to the park. Sad that it feels like we are losing perks as residents.

It's was beutuful there lots of sun and fun beutuful beach well kept maintained very well but I will not climb them sand dunes lol

This park is a great place to live with children, however things have change recently and not from the better, hopefully this new manager will get things sorted out and things here will improve.
