“Sorry this is going to be a long review, I was a frustrated customer, I purchased a battery a few days ago there was an issue with it, the gentleman at the counter was not able to help me with it, the assistant manager happened to walk in off the clock, and he stopped what he was doing, took the time to resolve the issue, and went above and beyond, I will be sending them all my business which isn't a lot, and I will be buying all my parts from them, thanks Mike A , from the Capital Ave Northeast Battle Creek Michigan store”
“Experience was 1st class, I would highly recommend!!! I had to get a key fob for my 2015 Dodge Ram Big Horn so someone I know suggested here. I called and talked to a woman named Amanda, she ordered my fob (I believe) on Friday, was there and got it programmed the following Monday. I got a fob and got it programmed for $170 out the door, dealerships wanted over $300!”
