Shopping for Christmas gift. Must have been there an hour. Finally when getting ready to leave, someone asked if they could help me. Not pleasant like I was wasting their time. IT use to be so much better. What happened?

In my opinion, this Best Buy is in a desperate need of a remodel/make-over. Not only does it seem small, area wise, but it just feels so crowded, cramped, and thus makes it also feel very cluttered. No complaints about the staff, however.
