“The store was well organized and kept clean. There were plenty of associates available. Nobody seemed overly friendly or had full awareness of customers around them. Once they were approached by myself or another one, they were beyond friendly. Overall a good experience.
Pharaoh at the checkout is definitely a way to have a customer leave. He took a three-star and definitely made it a four star.. with just a little bit more effort from the rest of the team, it could have been a five.”

“Dropped off Desk top wouldn’t boot up, had bench time to figure out its problems. Fixed in 2 days cleaned up programs, deleted programs i didn’t need. Had me bring my monitor in so they could make sure everything would work together. Great job at more than fare price. Found a new place to bring my PCs , printers etc to.”
