Been rental from this location for the last 2+ years solely because of *TYLER*. He’s made every single visit a breeze, every error that Budget (or myself) has made- he’s fixed it in no time. He gets us out of there in 5 minutes or less every single time. THANK YOU TYLER

Rented a car from ORD drove it to Battle Creek. When returning it Tyler realized there was an error and corrected it. I would definitely come back next time I am in town.

Simply fantastic! Amber is the best customer service ever, very flexible and willing to help, easy to talk to, even with my difficulty understanding another language, I recommend it 100%, I swear I have never received such good service!!!
