“I had a great experience with Enterprise when I needed a car after being in an accident. I had a hard time finding the place as they had just moved but when I called they provided me with easy directions to get to their current location. I believe the individual who helped me was Chris. He was able to find my rental request after we figured out it was under a different name and then he provided me with an amazing Volkswagen that I enjoyed driving during the time that I had the car. I was able to come in when I wanted to, to turn in the car and the whole process from checking in and getting the car to returning the car was very smooth. I would highly recommend that if you need a car to get it from the individuals at Enterprise in Battle Creek. I know that if I’m ever in need of a rental car in the future that I would go back to them just for the amazing experience I had thanks to the team here.”
