“My previous go to small engine repair shop closed and I had no luck in other shops around Battle Creek, I kept having to return with the same issues. A friend told me about this store having a great mechanic, needless to say he was right! I expected weeks out and feared poor performance. The mechanic did very great work and had no problem helping explain how to maintain my other outdoor equipment. I brought in a second piece of equipment and they told me possibly two weeks, he called two days later with it fully repaired and to my surprise it ran better than it ever had. This is now my go to small engine repair store and mechanic! Can't recall his name, but I'll be sure to remember it next time I break something. If you have small engine issues, I highly recommend stopping here! Thanks again!”

“Clean and well organized with reasonable priced tools. They have several different oil filter wrenches to choose from. They do not have a lot of hardware, mostly just tools. Not quite a one-stop shop but the prices and the in & out convenience can't be beat.”
“This was the authorized dealer from which I purchased a shed. The shed was built by The Amish in Indiana and is a great product. It was delivered fully assembled and free of charge. I have purchased other items from this hardware store. Their customer service is wonderful. They treat me, an elderly black woman, with respect and patience. Which is smart because I am a paying customer. I plan to purchase another small building through this store this spring, 2024.”

“This is the hardware store you should regularly go to or at least check first. Really, if something seems high priced to you here, go check elsewhere, odds are you'll be back as price is where Menard's excells at. Also a solid selection and variety. Customer service is always on point. Obviously they're in competition with Lowe's and I'm sure some will favor them instead. Not mad at that, I think the edge to Menard's is it's easier to know your way around after a while. Lowe's is cool too, but their more prone to reorganizing stuff on occasion. But note, that's only as a comparison, but then, how else do you judge a place like this? Because if anyone calls it terrible or bad, their saying there's someplace better. Ultimately, just go here and it'll be worth a few trips if you're new to get used to the layout, after that it's all good.”
