“My electric recliner broke late Friday evening and I called Russell's and they said they would be out Monday to evaluate. They came and a new controller needed ordered. Well Tuesday I called and asked if we could expedite the orderer because I have several broken discs in my back and I sleep in the recliner. I was told they couldn't do that but let them work on it. Later that day I was called and told they had a controller and a repair man would stop with it on his way home that day. He showed up and fixed it within minutes. I can't say enough about Russell's service and care for their customers. God bless all of them at Russell's. Thank you so much”

“My bestie saw an add on Facebook and went in to check them out. Everything they have on their floor you can take home that day. The gentleman working was helpful but nowhere near pushy. I highly recommend you stop by.”

“Scott was exceptional. He was courteous and accommodating, ensuring I did not feel pressured at any point. I also had my 1 year old with me who was running around, and Scott was kind and playful with him. Thanks to his assistance, we now have a high-quality mattress and are enjoying restful sleep each night. It has been a genuine blessing!”
