“I wanna give a huge shout out to All Star Transmission for their customer service! My truck went to their shop with a suspected transmission issue. After diagnosing it was discovered the PCM was bad. Work completed by the shop in a timely manner. Picked my truck up , ran fine for 1/2 the day, then started acting up again. Took it back down and had a code for bad PCM again. Instead of BS’ing me and taking more of my money they were honest and said there is probably an electrical issue and recommended another shop to do the work. They then called that shop to make arrangements, hired a tow company, and then told they were refunding 100% of my money because the issue wasn’t fixed. (Yes I tried getting them to keep some of the money and did request that they keep whatever the cost associated with the tow bill as well) It’s rare to find customer service like that and I will be a customer for life with that service (hoping I have no future transmission issues, but if I do). If you need transmission I highly reccomend this shop.Services: Transmission”
