“Wanted to give a review, which I normally would not do. Own a 2010 Chevrolet Impala sedan. Have had some hesitation in the shifting from a dead stop to the 1st shift to drive for several years ( have owner the vehicle seen new ), has 186,000 miles and decided it was time to get it checked out. All star transmission checked it out, drove it several times, but was unable to get any error codes or to get the transmission to do what I described. I was told they were not conformable in charging me for a new transmission or rebuild at that time. Not only that but DIDN'T CHARGE a cent for the time put in. Who does that in this day and age. Wonderful folks to deal, will definitely bring the vehicle back if the transmission does go, and most Definitely highly recommend this shop. THANK YOU ALL STAR TRANSMISSION”

“Great customer service and fair pricing. My husband ran into trouble removing a seized oil filter when I called this shop. I was told they could get me in as soon as my car arrived to them. I don't think it was even an hour before I got a call letting me know what work was needed and the cost associated before performing the work. It was less than another hour before I got a call that my car was ready. Payment over the phone was done via a text with a link to pay online. I will definitely return if the need ever arises.”
