“I don't usually give a 5 star because I aways think there's way to improve things. Today though I'm giving the team at A1 a 5. Got a flat coming home from up north. Spare was not safe. Could not get any help from the first shop I was at. Very disappointing. I'm a 64 yr. Old female traveling with 2 dogs is was so hot out. These guys said they could get me back on the road no problem. In fact I lived that he said we got you. They put on a safe reliable tire gave my dogs water and we were out of there in 30 minutes.
Cannot thank these guys enough.”
“The technician was available to wave me in. Someone approached him as I was pulling in (probably a manager) so I didn’t get the back if ny car sprayed. Otherwise it was ok.”
“We have a Hyundai Sonata and it Rarely comes out of a car wash clean due to some artsy body angles.
The Bay City Wilder Rd location did an Almost perfect job. A ew water spots on the bottom sides plus some bug splatters in the front recesses were the only faults.”
