“Having an account here is great, but I am soooo frustrated that their debit cards don’t have tap to pay and they aren’t compatible with Apple Pay. This is 2023, and not being able to access my card electronically, is making me consider switching to a different CU. Their service is kind and helpful, but I’m not sure that makes up for the technology gap.”

“The banking here is better than PNC and Isabella Bank, honestly. I have separate accounts for bills and can track finances easier. Also, PNC and Isabella Bank don't offer as many options and their fees aren't great.”
