My debit card is constantly being declined almost everywhere in the city I live. My checking account balance is never below $10,000. So I don’t see what the problem is.

They don't answer their phones. Tried for over 2 hours. The recording says to try again later. My later will be to remove my funds from here. Doing it now

terrible customer service at the bay city branch and the corporate headquarters. they'll tell you to get lost in the nicest of way. they will gladly take your money but when an issue arises they are no were to be found.
