Menards is a great store with a very wide assortment of products for the home, outdoors, and building supplies. You can buy just about anything you need, including seasonal items, garden plants, flooring, tools, and even food. The variety can be overwhelming sometimes, but the staff is eager to help, friendly, and exceptionally well-trained. Employees are highly informed and a massive help when finding items or answering questions. The store has decent prices and a fantastic rebate program to get money back, including saving 11% on everything. Its location is very close to the freeway exit, making it easy to access. Overall, it is a place where customers are happy with their purchases and can eventually find what they need.
Today I returned a used up battery and was helped by Ruth at the service desk. Aside from her kindness, Ruth is highly informed and knows her job.
