Both days I had an interaction with an associate who was the sweetest she wasnt wearing a name tag but after my conversation with her friday I learned her name is kelli. She was one of the friendliest employees I have encountered there. Didnt make me feel rushed even though she was busy. She answered all my questions I had and I bought things that day I didnt know I needed for my dog based on what she told me. I dont have a petsmart close to where I live but next time im near and need something for one of my animals ill be back.

Dogs allowed inside and everyone showed a lot of love for our 120lb Anatolian. Don't serve food, but our waitress gave us a free pizza joints in the area who deliver. The pizza came quick and it was really good!
