Animal Alley Veterinary Hospital
7319 Tittabawassee Road Ste 2, SaginawThe front office at Animal Alley was very empathetic and was able to squeeze Finn in for an urgent-care appointment. Wait time was minimal and once he was in the exam room he was attended to without interruption. After treatment, he is once again healthy. All the staff ~ from the receptionists to the techs to the doctors ~ were good listeners and treated Finn with the utmost care.

Veterinary Health Center
305 North Center Road, SaginawEdit: Today was very difficult. I had to take my 12 year old husky Zeus in and have him put down. This dog was my best friend, confidant, my shadow, and my favorite dog. Dr AJ and staff made this go a lot easier with their procedure. What i mean is the way they do the euthanizing. They come in, spoil him, then give him an opioid to calm him, about 10 minutes later they give him the final injection. But that whole time i was able to lay there with Zeus, love on him and comfort him. They even made sure i was okay. This man's care and compassion is what all veterinarians and even human doctors should have. Most don't. I'm going to be moving a couple hours away but I'm telling you I'll make the trip to come to veterinary health center in saginaw. I'm proud to call this man my friend. Dr Tina is awesome too and their whole staff are just amazing people.
Dr AJ is an amazing vet! Very friendly and knowledgeable and informative. My 6 year old orange tabby cat was mauled by my husky while I was out of town. Took him to the emergency vet because it was late at night and after $2000 we were on our way home. Took him to Veterinary health which is where i have taken him since we moved here and they were so great with him and he's on the right track to heal up. I won't say exactly what they did but trust me when I say they went way above and beyond for me and pumpkin. This is the only place I will ever take my pets. Thank you Dr AJ and veterinary health!

Pet-Friendly Restaurants
Artisan Urban Bistro
417 Hancock St, SaginawWe were looking for fresh healthy food and stumbled upon this unusual little spot of magic. The space was warm and welcoming. The menu was small but diverse, and even included vegan options. Our dinners were delicious with obviously fresh ingredients, larger portion size and modestly priced. The house wine and beer were made locally and very fine. We met the owner, Lonnie, who was interesting and entertaining, and even sent me home with a book that includes her unusual journey to chefdom. I’m looking forward to eating there again.

5165 Dewberry Dr, SaginawHad the dark chocolate salted caramel truffles. Incredible!! They were better than any I have ever had from a dedicated chocolate shop. I would also recommend the pizza. Nice blend of cheeses with a tasty crust. Trying a deep dish pizza the next time. It is obvious this young entrepreneur uses quality ingredients in his products.

Holly’s Bar and Grill
6540 State Street, SaginawMy wife and I had a great time. She ordered the bacon-wrapped meatloaf, I had the perch dinner, and we ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer. The food was good. My wife had a couple drinks that she enjoyed. The atmosphere was that of a sports bar, with people having a good time. I would estimate the average age to be around 50. Overall, we had a good experience and will be back again.

Sombreros Mexican Restaurant
2903 Pierce Road Suite 107, SaginawI’ve been coming here when I’m in town for work. On recommendation from Joe the owner, I got the chile relleno and it’s delicious! They serve them with a side of tortillas and cover the peppers in a ground beef sauce which is so flavorful. This is my new favorite item.
