“Was here for about 3 years total. They had the best price at the time and throughout being here, the price never changed. I paid on time all but once and when they called me and spoke with me, I explained the situation while telling them when I can make it in to pay it and if I held my word, they would relieve the late penalty, which they did. I moved out and I received my deposit very quickly. I made sure I swept as best as possible but did leave a few minor stains but still received my deposit. Very appreciative for their kindness and customer service and if I ever need to rent a storage unit again, this place has left a great impression on me where I will be calling them first for availability.
