“Jae and Jody are amazing!!! I came in for a tour and left feeling like family. Even if I don't move to Redwood Canton, I feel like I have gained two friends. The Canton community feels like home and the apartment homes are very nice and spacious. I like a different floor plan and that would be the only reason I don't move to this neighborhood. I wish Redwood offered similar floor plans at all locations because I really liked the Canton area and love Jae and Jody.”
“It’s a great place to live, I have been here for a little over a year. The heat, water, AC works just fine in my apartment. I’ve NEVER seen any bugs in my apartment either. It’s easy to maintain as well.

“Maintenance Issue was addressed and resolved quickly. Didn’t appreciate the fact he seemed to be rushing and carelessly left screws on my carpet that if not seen I could’ve stepped on resulting in a horrible injury. So that knocked a star ⭐️ off.”
“I work for a pest control company that services metro point and Kimmy is the best! She’s always prepared with all the units that need to be serviced and has the keys ready. She’s very outgoing, knowledgeable and I always enjoy my time working with her! Wouldn’t want to work with any other office manager.”
“They helped us get financed to buy our home even with questionable credit. Besides a couple of small let downs like it was supposed to come with a washer and dryer and it did not. Fridge died after 3 months but they helped us get a used replacement. So far everything else has been really good. Not a bad place to live. Clean, well take n care of.”
“Annette was amazing to work with she did everything she could to get us approved before we move in. While we lived at Park west for two years, it was an absolute to work with her. The whole staff has been a pleasure to work with from the maintenance guy to the front office. We couldn’t have been more happy with The treatment we got. “I have lived here at Hines for well over a year, and it was the best choice I could have made. The apartments are very affordable, well structured, and very easy to personally maintain. Complimented with neighbors who are very respectful and comfortable to be in community with. This complex (especially the staff within the leasing office, and who maintain the buildings) has been nothing but helpful and accommodating to me ever since residing here. With this being my first apartment I was admittedly naive to a lot of things in regards to living in one, but any questions or concerns I have ever had were answered earnestly and honestly (and I usually have a lot of them). Even with new faces over the months they have only proved to be a welcome edition. Just a few weeks ago Faye out front helped me to figure out how I should go about the new year within the complex, and couldn’t have been more of a help. I can’t thank everyone at Hines enough, but I also cannot recommend a more quality place to live.”
“My smoke detector was chirping. I tried to change the battery but I couldn’t put the new battery in. This was at around 8pm. I was reluctant to call the after hours service because I knew it wasn’t an emergency. But it would have been chirping all night. I called emergency maintenance and Curtis came with no problem. To find out the unit itself was bad. Thank you Curtis!”
“I'm in heaven. Actually I moved today not having been at my as well be at the fabulous Town Center apartments. I have the most fantastic view. I have been spoiled because they put in brand new carpeting which is beautiful as well as a brand new stove that has not been used as of yet. There are more outlets and lights making everything convenient. There is a little pantry at the end of the kitchen as well as another large pantry / closet at the entrance of the apartment. I don't have to get quarters to do laundry because you can use a pay card that you can load money on to. They have coffee every morning from 8:00 to 10:00 in the community room for the residents. About six different people today working diligently from cleaning to maintenance. I must have special attention to Renee who is it has been an extraordinary value in terms of assistance through this entire process which was simplistic and did not take long at all. I want to give a shout out to Sarah who has been nothing less than charming and incredibly helpful with great information. One final thought. This setup they have for moving in is the most convenient I have ever seen. There are two elevators in the building. When you move in you have one elevator only to yourself that will take you straight to your floor and I'm near the top. I am unbelievably grateful.”
“I've been a resident of Summit Creek for many years. The community is very quiet and peaceful and the property is well maintained. The leasing office staff is great - Sue is very pleasant and always helpful whenever I talk to her, as is the leasing manager Angie, she's the best - great at her job and very attentive to the needs of the residents. The maintenance staff is professional and they have always responded in a very timely manner to any requests and pay great attention to detail.
It's in a great location, and I love that I can have condo-style living without having to deal with maintaining a home on my own. If you're looking for a great place to live, look no further!”

“I moved here back in 2021 if I remember correctly. As a Veteran who came out of service in 2021, I was looking for something that was quiet and peaceful. Meadowood Townhomes gave me that. It was also a great experience when they made it easy for me to apply here as well.
They're consistently working on improving their community over time which is always nice to see. The only complaint I have are the condense parking lots.”
“This is by far the best management I have rented with...With all of the larger corporations in the area, they certainly don't get enough credit. They have met me with flexibility, kindness, and seem responsive to residents' needs. They also care about preventative versus reactive maintenance, something that can be rare. I truly feel like a person working with other people rather than a large conglomerate. I hope to keep renting with them through my time in Ypsilanti, even if upgrading some day to a larger unit!”
“Singh Management does a great job!! We work with Monae Rinaldi often and she is professional, timely, and on top of things. She is always available, and follows through on her commitments. She often catches potential problems before they become an issue and fixes them before they are even known to us. Being a relocation company ourselves, knowing we can count on her and the staff at any Singh community makes it really smooth and simple to work with them while housing our clients. They always respond to maintenance requests quickly and emergencies the same day! My AC went out and I had a new one the same day.”
“Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.”
